Sa Riera is the largest of Begur's beaches and coves, each one a discovery in itself. Paths along the rocky coast connect it to the naturist beach at La Isla Roja and Pals and it has a splendid view of the Isles of Medes with their wonderful dive sites. There are some excellent restaurants in this quiet fishing village and a beachfront chiringuita in the summer.
Close by is Sa Tuna, a picturesque village framed by colourful Catalan houses along the well-kept Camina Ronda clifftop walkway. Pack your snorkel and a picnic and take a breathtaking stroll to nearby coves and beaches. Discover treasures like Aiguablava, Fornells, Tamariu, Llafranc, Calella and Port Bo. Or just take in the views on a quiet clifftop bench before lunch and a glass of cava in one of the areas many top class restaurants.
